Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology / management is mandatory.
- An MBA qualification is preferred.
Experience:
- Project Manager – PMU Lead: Minimum 08 years of experience in large-scale government IT programmes. At least 5 years in programme / project management roles. Experience working with Central Government Ministries, Regulators, or Statutory Bodies is essential.
- Business Analyst: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large IT systems. Prior experience in government digital platforms, preferably in health or regulatory domains, will be a significant advantage.
- Technical Lead: Minimum 08 years of experience in enterprise IT systems. Candidates should have strong experience in Application Architecture, Infrastructure Provisioning & Management, and working on Large-scale government IT projects, including handling System Integrators (SI) & Change Requests (CRs). Exposure to audits, compliance reviews, and security frameworks is also required.
Salary/Stipend Structure
NeGD offers attractive remuneration packages for these positions:
- Project Manager – PMU Lead: Maximum up to 39.34 LPA
- Business Analyst: Maximum up to 33.62 LPA
- Technical Lead: Maximum up to 39.34 LPA
