Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a UGC-recognized university.
- Computer literacy is essential – MS Office, Internet, basic knowledge of the local language.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the local language.
- Preference will be given to retired/VRS officers from any nationalized bank (SBI/RRBs) who held a Scale Officer position, or Other government/semi-government employees (such as government teachers, etc.) with knowledge of banking and financial services and who have completed relevant IIBF certification courses.
- The applicant must have retired from their previous employer with an unblemished and satisfactory service record.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an officer or employee is mandatory.
- The applicant must be a resident of the same state, preferably from the same or a neighboring district.
